Education Solutions

We enhance the quality of education by designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that focus on improving student learning. Our initiatives include providing need-aligned professional development for school leaders and teachers, remedial learning for students to bridge learning gaps, and building student interest and engagement through subject enrichment sessions.

We provide customised solutions to bridge the learning divide and empower students to achieve their potential.

Whole School Transformation (WST)

Is a comprehensive process that guides schools to usher a system-wide change. The WST program seeks to improve the entire school system by guiding school leaders, teachers, students, and the community towards progressive change and 21st century readiness. The program strengthens the delivery of education by improving the entire school system and builds a value-based culture.

Learning Enhancement and Practice (LEAP)

An instructional program that provides an effective solution for students who have identified deficiencies in vernacular language, English and Math. The LEAP Program provides a robust structure for additional instruction to ensure students meet class level expectations. In addition, the program also builds teacher competency in raising student learning levels through need-aligned professional learning.

How it Works:

Diagnose: Identify learning gaps and challenges specific to the intervention schools by conducting 'Situational Analysis' and 'Baseline Study'.

Remedy: Create effective learning experiences targeting gaps; provide opportunities to students to showcase their achievement in both curricular and co-curricular areas;
provide customized learning assets such as LEAP content (lesson plans, worksheets), Science Kits and Math Labs, and Comprehensive Assessment Tests (Rapid Tests, Skills Tests); conduct co-curricular activities and community-based events.

Report: Throw light on the impact on learning levels by conducting an 'Endline Study' and sharing 'Stories of Change'.
