Learning Pathways: Our Way of Working
Our educational, training, skilling and self-enhancement solutions create learning links throughout life across all age groups, while harnessing knowledge, innovation and technology.
for Lifelong Learning
Our education solutions help bridge the learning gap and support stakeholders in their learning journey. From driving systemic change in schools to designing contextualized solutions that holistically empower students; from implementing robust scalable modules to creating an enabling environment, the local communities are at the heart of everything we do. We move beyond the school syllabus and activate the learning gene for life.
Our Remedial Education program bridges the learning gap in Mathematics and Language to ensure students meet grade level expectations. From serving rural communities in remote Tamil Nadu to tribal communities deep in the interiors of Maharashtra, the program has benefitted students across India. Student attendance has improved and the dropout rate has fallen considerably in the intervention schools.
Health and Wellness
Healthy, active, well-nourished, and happy children are more likely to attend school, be ready to learn and stay engaged in class. Guided by a holistic approach to child development, we leverage enablers such as health, hygiene, socio-emotional well-being and physical fitness to support a desired change in student learning.
Whole School Transformation
The Whole School Transformation program empowers schools to be places of reason, imagination and interest by improving the entire school system. Anchored in excellence and inclusion, it builds capacity through professional learning and active mentoring to ensure students develop their social and emotional skills.
Technology not only drives and accelerates, but also deepens our learning. We see innovation as a key building block to stimulate on-ground change and empower the youth to design solutions. Our programs recognise and respond to emerging skill shifts in multiple sectors and place emphasis on creativity, critical thinking, decision making and complex information processing.
Tinkering and Computer Science Labs
We recognize that tinkering as a learning approach excels in interweaving disciplines and providing individualized learning opportunities. Our Tinkering program engages students to explore STEM concepts, practices and phenomena. It inspires students to take intellectual risks, design unique projects and offer innovative connections to real-world problems.
STEAM Labs is a comprehensive change initiative that guides a student’s inquiry, dialogue and critical thinking. In specially designed labs equipped with technology resources, learners are encouraged to use an Inquiry-based learning approach and build their own understanding of concepts. The STEAM Labs create imaginative and open-ended STEM-rich experiences in during-school and after-school settings.
The Digital Literacy program builds 21st-century skills related to the effective and appropriate use of technology. Students learn to use cognitive and technology skills to find, evaluate, create, and communicate. The program envisions students as digitally literate and responsible creators and consumers of digital content.
